Q. What if I am running late and will not get to Stansted at the time I have booked?
A. Please telephone 01279 850379 or 07771 820304 as soon as you are aware of the delay and we will do our best to accommodate your new arrival time. At peak times there may be a delay in being able to arrange for a driver to collect your vehicle.

Q. What if my flight is delayed on my return?
A. We monitor your flight and will be aware of the delay. Your driver will defer the transfer of your vehicle to the airport and be in the terminal for the new arrival time.

Q. What if I cannot find your driver in the terminal when I return?
A. Check that you are in the appropriate arrivals hall for your flight (domestic or international) where our driver will be identifiable by carrying a name board with Hallmark on it. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE FROM YOUR ARRIVALS AREA AND DO NOT GO OUTSIDE. If you are unable to locate the driver after a reasonable time please telephone 07771 820304 or 01279 850379.

Q. What if I am delayed at baggage reclaim, customs, passport control or because of lost/damaged luggage after my flight lands?
A. Please telephone 07771 820304 or 01279 850379 so that we can advise your driver of the delay and ensure that he will be waiting for you.
